Chapter Manager

The Chapter Manager, Alfreda Earle, has been working at the Cornfields Chapter for the past 8 years. She graduated from Navajo Pine High School, Navajo, New Mexico, and attended Dine College from 1999 to 2001, and University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2007 and is currently taking classes at University of Phoenix for an Associate Degree in Accounting. Miss Earle has received training in Advance Computer applications and Human Resource as well as Basic Governmental Accounting at UNM Gallup Branch. Miss Earle’s responsibilities include all accounting functions for the Chapter such as preparing the monthly financial statements, quarterly reports, paying invoices and other accounts payable, recording the daily receipts, processing checks and payroll, bank reconciliations, and 941’s. Being that she is very proficient with the MIP system, Miss Earle assists other chapters with their MIP questions and problems.

Office Specialist

Office Specialist, Marilyn Begay, has been working for the Cornfields Chapter for the past 14 years. She graduated from Ganado High School and attended Northern Pioneer College, receiving a certificate in Human Resource. Mrs. Begay received training in Advance Computer application and Human Resource with University of New Mexico and is currently enrolled in Professional Development classes at the University of New Mexico, Gallup Branch. Mrs. Begay’s responsibilities include Front Office responsibilities such as the daily sales, record-keeping, filing, answering the phones, processing purchase requests, time-cards, etc.
